Lost tooth number 8. Special because Ethan pulled it out all by himself (first one)- at school even. His teacher gave him a special tooth box to put it in. He was having so much fun that he dropped the tooth outside somewhere while showing it off. After much anguish it was finally found by the keen eyes of dad. Ethan left the tooth fairy a note requesting extra money (because he pulled it himself) and to leave the box. She came and even left the box. But apparently she just doesn't differentiate payment based on how the tooth comes out. Can't blame Ethan for trying though.

That is hilarious that he thought he could get more if he pulled it himself. Dylan is on the cusp of losing his very first tooth ever, and he's so excited. I'm kind of sad, because that means he's growing up.

I used to pull out my own teeth. Jakob's top front two are getting really loose; it will probably be a while before they come out, though, as Jakob is way freaked out about losing teeth.
